The structure is intended for a reinforced concrete pedestal with a hеight of 5.2m which is placed on 12 pillars, inscribed in a circle with diameter d=7m. With a height of 5.2m elevation from the base steel construction begins at the cross which is basically the size 4m x 4m. The cross has a total height of 56.45m. A total of G= 65t steel structure is used.
