We offer elaboration of a project documentation for the following phases of the project:

  • Preliminary design:

    • 3D visualization.
  • Basic design:
    • Architecture design,
    • Static calculations and construction drawings,
    • Projects for electrical and mechanical installation,
    • All studies needed to obtain a building permit (fire protection, safety at work, traffic signalization).
  • As-built documentation:
    • Elaboration of As-built documentation.
  • Tender documentation:
    • The preparation of detailed bills of quantities,
    • Tender drawings,
    • Consulting clients,

Revision of project documentation

Revision is responsible for accuracy, quality and compliance of the project with the provisions of laws, norms and standards for design, and other technical regulations for construction.

Revision must be performed in order to fulfill the basic requests of the law for construction.

Revision must be performed in terms of:

  • Mechanical resistance,
  • Stability,
  • Earthquake protection of buildings.

Revision is also performed on studies in order to assess the impact of the project on the environment in accordance with the Law of Environment.

We cooperate with experienced and quality revisers, therefore we perform revision on various requirements of the project.

Revision of project documentation is expected to make certain that the object meets the relevant requirements of law, that the object will be appropriately shaped, functional and its use effective and economical.

Construction Supervision

Construction Supervision

In order to control the project during construction, we perform construction supervision.

Construction supervision means professional supervision on the site, where the supervisor is in complete control to determine if the construction is carried out in accordance with the project documentation and the construction law upon which the building permit was obtained.

Tasks of the construction supervisor are: monitoring the quality and quantity, coordination of contractors, preparation of documentation for technical inspection and obtaining a building permit. The price of supervision is defined in accordance with the Investors’ wishes and the scope of supervision.

Within construction supervision we provide the following services:

  • Obtaining a professional team of contractors for construction works, craftworks and installation works,
  • Analysis of tenders and preparation of contracts.

Construction supervision implies regular attendance at the construction site and the following controls:

  • Amount of construction work done,
  • Quality control of construction works, products, materials, installations, and technologies embedded in the building,
  • Respect for deadlines,
  • Performance control in accordance with the requirements of the building permit,
  • Construction supervision during the process of trial performance.
